Know before you go

• Carry a valid ID proof (such as a passport copy or Emirates ID) while visiting.
• People of Determination (specially-abled) ID card holders with one companion can enter Global Village for free.
• People of Determination (specially-abled) ID card holders can enter Dubai Miracle Garden for free, while their companion receives a discounted ticket.
• Tuesdays are reserved for Ladies, Families, and Couples (except on public holidays).
• Once you exit the premises, re-entry is not allowed.
• A ticket is not valid if the code has already been scanned, tampered with, or is out of date.
• For safety, children must wear safety wristbands, provided at Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.
• Unaccompanied or lost children will be taken to the Lost Explorers Area at Gate of the World and a service fee will be charged for the duration of their stay.
• Food and beverages purchased outside the park are not allowed inside.
• Global Village reserves the right to inspect all guests' bags through an X-Ray machine. Travel luggage/suitcases are not permitted.
• Visitors must wear modest attire, covering torso, shoulders, and legs (including knees) at all times.
• It is recommended to avoid public displays of affection to respect the comfort of fellow visitors.
• Wheeled devices (roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters) are not permitted unless rented inside the park.
• Animals/pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• Filming is not allowed without a permit.
• If we are unable to confirm your booking, a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable non-refundable fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

• Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
• Ticketex retains system-generated records (email dispatch logs, transaction confirmations, etc.) as valid proof of service delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
• In the event of a dispute or chargeback, proof of successful payment processing and email delivery will be considered sufficient evidence of service fulfillment.
• A booking is considered successfully completed once payment is processed and confirmation is sent from our system, irrespective of whether the customer has viewed or acknowledged the email.
• Ticket prices may reflect higher rates due to limited last-minute availability and increased acquisition costs from authorized on-ground partners.
