We collect only the information needed to fulfil your booking and support you: your name, contact details, booking and payment references.

• Payments are processed by certified gateways. We do not store card numbers.
• Location is only collected if you choose to share it when raising an SOS request.
• Messages. We send transactional SMS and emails about your bookings. You can contact us to opt out of non-essential messages.
• Your rights. Request access to or deletion of your data at privacy@ticketex.com.
