Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made on TicketEx, operated by KSJ Global Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Our role. TicketEx is a marketplace. Each experience is supplied by an independent operator under its own conditions, shown on the product page.
2. Bookings. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. Some products are confirmed by the operator within 24 or 48 hours.
3. Prices. Prices include applicable taxes and booking fees. See our Payment Policy.
4. Cancellations & refunds. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities. Arrive on time with a valid ticket and ID, and follow operator safety instructions.
6. Liability. Operators are responsible for delivering the experience. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
