Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), UPI, net banking and popular wallets through our payment partners Razorpay, Cashfree and PayU. Available methods depend on your country and currency.

Prices and currency

• All prices shown include applicable taxes and TicketEx booking fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Prices are displayed in your selected currency. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
• Your bank may apply its own foreign-exchange or international transaction fees.

Price lock

When you start checkout, your price is held for 15 minutes. If the timer runs out, prices and availability are re-checked.

Payment security

• Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. TicketEx never stores your full card number or CVV.
• Card payments may require 3D Secure / OTP authentication.

Failed or duplicate payments

• If a payment fails, no money is taken. You can retry with the same booking within 30 minutes.
• If you are charged but the booking cannot be completed, or you are charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically in full.

Invoices

Your booking confirmation email serves as your receipt. Contact support for a tax invoice.
