By Car/Taxi: Aya Universe is easily accessible via Sheikh Rashid Road (Oud Metha area), with parking available at Wafi City Mall.
From Dubai International Airport: Just a 10-minute drive from DXB.
Know before you go
- On Friday and Saturday the Timings of attraction are 10 am to 12 am
- Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or Emirates ID when visiting AYA Universe.
- Guests with a “People of Determination” card issued in the UAE are eligible for complimentary entry along with one accompanying guest.
- Non-flash photography and video recording for personal, non-commercial use are permitted. Kindly avoid capturing images or videos of other visitors for privacy reasons.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside, with the exception of sealed water bottles.
- The experience involves bright lights, strobes, and other visual effects. It may not be suitable for individuals with light sensitivity or a history of photosensitive epilepsy.
- Pets are strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Ticket prices may reflect higher rates due to limited last-minute availability and increased acquisition costs from authorized on-ground partners.
- A booking is considered successfully completed once payment is processed and confirmation is sent from our system, irrespective of whether the customer has viewed or acknowledged the email.
- Ticketex retains system-generated records (email dispatch logs, transaction confirmations, etc.) as valid proof of service delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
- Ticketex shall not be liable for any non-receipt of emails sent to the customer’s registered email address. If an email has been successfully dispatched from our system, the transaction will be considered valid and completed, and no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained on that basis.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
